After Today

Dear friends,

As you know that today is the last day in our university, and the next step is working period. No class no more... I gave you a letter, and hope that after you read it, you will think of our relationship. Four years ago, many things have been chenged, while something never chenge. I think my friends that I love sincerely...they are still here with my feeling. I born to be your friend same as you born to be my friends. Thank a lots for being my friends, and love me as long as possible. Although we may be apart or live far away, I trust in our love and friendship that can make us think of each other forever. Get away from ordinary...

Now I live in Destin, FL, U.S.A. I'm applying for the cultural exchange program called Work and Travel in USA 2009. My program period is between March and June 2009. I dreamt to here, and today I can stay on the land the US as my intension. My dream comes true. I want to change the way of life, and gain a new experience. I won't to do anything repeatedly such as after finished class, got home, then chat, play Hi5 or games, sleep, and shopping everyday. It’s boring. I want an advanced way of life, and take care of my parents and aunt. I just hope they’re proudly of me.

By the way, first I didn’t know what work & travel program is? I think coming to the U.S. is very hard, and high expense. My friend told me about work & travel program. She said to me “You should go to America if you are the student in English major.” There are several obstacles such as my English is not well, I have not enough money. All expense nearly about $4,000. It’s very expensive. My parents don’t want me go to America. They worry about me. At that time I fell nervous and non self-confident. Not so long my parents permitted me an agreed with this program. I realize all money get from my parents. I’m in debt to my parents.

My propose of visit the U.S. are join in work & travel program, share American culture, practice my English skills (especially speaking and listening), gain a new experience, make new friends, improve myself to be patient, industrious, self-confident, take care of everything by myself, and repay to my parents.

My name's Wimwipa Pao-ngampan, call me "Lookwah". I was born on September 8, 1988. The day I was born is Thursday, the year of the Big Snake, and my zodiac is Leo. I live in Bangkok, Thailand. Nowadays I study at Suan Dusit Rajabhat University, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, English Major. I have finished the secondary school from Surasakmontree high school. When I was 4 years old, I studed at Satreepompanwittaya school. In primary school (Pratom 1-3) I studied at Somtawinratchadamri school, after that I was changed to Satreeprompanwittaya school (Pratom 4-6) again. I'm the oldest sister, there are 4 persons in my home, such as my parents and brother. My religion is Buddhism. I rather addicted to use the internet. I love to see the movies, especially romantic and horror films. I love musics, touring, nature, peace, luxury and comfort. Sometimes I love challenge and adventure also. I hate prediction, pretence, selfishness, violence, and contempt. Furthermore I hate all reptiles, especially the millipedes. I like black and white. My favorite pet is the baby chicken. I like to play badminton, football, basketball, and guitar. I belive in myself, and my way. After graduate I want to work in abroad such U.S.A. and Japan. In fact I want to be the owner of business. If I have a chance, I want to be a tutor for children also. I will do everything for my parents and my life.
